Choose a tier based on operational volume, not a vague feature bundle.A connected number represents one paired WhatsApp account in a workspace.
Credits measure messages processed under the allowance shown for the tier.
Model usage applies only when context-aware AI replies are enabled.
A ChatRail subscription covers the workspace, connection operations, API access, delivery state, inbound webhooks and the allowance shown for your plan. Higher tiers add capacity and operational controls. The current checkout or order form is the source of truth for exact allowances.
Count outbound alerts, expected inbound replies and meaningful seasonal peaks. Add headroom for delivery events, retries and testing. Do not size a production workflow from its quietest week.
Core messaging does not require a model. When AI replies are enabled, usage depends on the selected provider, context size and conversation length. Apply per-connection limits and a maximum number of automated turns to keep cost and risk bounded.
Your own hosting, workflow platform, database, model provider and operational support may have separate costs. Linked-device sessions do not create Meta Cloud API conversation fees, but that does not make the transport risk-free or official.
