This notice explains how ChatRail handles information when you visit our website or use the product.
Information we collect
- Contact information you submit, such as your email address.
- Basic website analytics, including page views, device type and referral source.
- Technical information needed to protect the service from misuse.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to requests, improve ChatRail, understand interest in the product and protect the website. We do not sell personal information.
WhatsApp and AI data
ChatRail documents message processing, optional AI processing, retention controls and subprocessors in its security documentation.
If you use automations, ChatRail also keeps the rules you create, a short record of each run, the business facts you write and any details a rule saves about a customer. Those details are deleted six months after they were last updated, and you can see and delete them in the dashboard. The security documentation says how long each is kept.
Retention and choices
Account details are retained while your workspace is active. You may ask us to remove your information through the contact method provided in the dashboard.
Third-party services
Payments and subscriptions are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia) as merchant of record. When you subscribe, Creem receives your billing details (name, email, payment information) and handles them under Creem's privacy notice; ChatRail receives your email address and subscription status so your plan can be enforced. The website uses PostHog and DataFast to measure page views, device type and referral source, may use Vercel for hosting and analytics, and uses an email delivery provider for sign-in codes. Live chat on the website and in the dashboard is provided by Crisp (Crisp IM SAS, France): when you use it, Crisp receives what you write and, in the dashboard, your email address and workspace name, so the team knows who is asking. When you connect Google Sheets, Drive or Calendar for automations, the connection is handled by Composio, and your Google account stays yours. Their processing is governed by their respective terms and privacy notices.
