Context-aware WhatsApp AI replies
What context-aware means
Your application attaches structured data to an outbound alert. If the recipient replies, ChatRail can use that data and the reply to produce a relevant answer.
AI is optional
Messaging and webhooks do not require AI. Enable AI per connection only where automated follow-up answers are useful.
Model choice
Use a supported model or provide an OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Model credentials should remain encrypted and isolated by workspace.
Privacy control
Define retention limits, restrict the context sent to a model and avoid attaching secrets or unnecessary personal information.
