ChatRail is intended for legitimate, consent-based alerts, support and workflow messaging. This policy applies to all testing and future production use.
Do not use ChatRail for
- Unsolicited bulk messaging, spam or purchased contact lists.
- Fraud, phishing, impersonation or deceptive content.
- Harassment, threats, exploitation or illegal activity.
- Malware, credential theft or attempts to bypass platform safeguards.
- Sending regulated or highly sensitive information without appropriate authority and protection.
Recipient consent
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent, honoring opt-out requests and following applicable marketing, privacy and telecommunications laws.
WhatsApp policies
A linked-device connection does not remove your responsibility to comply with WhatsApp’s terms and acceptable-use rules. Aggressive or unnatural sending may lead to account restrictions.
Enforcement
We may restrict or suspend access when activity creates legal, security, deliverability or platform risk. Serious abuse may be reported to relevant providers or authorities where required.
